Green Technology: From “Compliance Cost” to “Core Competitiveness”

Detailed Interpretation: Environmental protection is no longer an optional extra, but the bottom line for survival and development.

Source Reduction: Water-based and powder coating technologies have become increasingly mature, with coating performance now approaching or even exceeding that of traditional solvent-based coatings in some aspects. Equipment suppliers must provide spray booths capable of precise temperature and humidity control, as well as specialized spray guns and recovery systems suitable for powder coating.

Efficient End-of-Pipe Treatment: The heat recovery efficiency of RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer) has been improved to over 95%, significantly reducing operational energy consumption. For medium- and low-concentration waste gas, the combined technology of concentrator wheel + RCO (Regenerative Catalytic Oxidation) is favored due to its lower energy requirements.

Driving Factors: The strictest VOCs total emission control and the “Dual Control” policy on carbon emissions are the direct drivers. Meanwhile, strong environmental performance has also become a prerequisite for enterprises to access high-quality customers, such as the supply chains of Apple, Tesla, and other leading brands.
