High‑Efficiency Anti‑Corrosion Pretreatment

The line adopts an automated “phosphatization + passivation” combined process or an environmentally friendly nanoceramic conversion coating technology, both optimized for the material characteristics of diamond mesh. This ensures the coating achieves excellent adhesion and corrosion resistance, effectively withstanding harsh outdoor conditions.

Comprehensive, No‑Blind‑Zone Spraying

An innovative combination of “electrostatic spraying + reciprocating spraying” is employed. Electrostatic adsorption ensures uniform coating coverage on every wire, including hard‑to‑reach intersections; when paired with a precisely controlled reciprocator, it delivers consistent film thickness without sagging, significantly enhancing both corrosion protection and aesthetic quality. 

Intelligent Production & Quality Control

The entire line is integrated with an MES (Manufacturing Execution System), and an automatic weighing system has been added to precisely control paint application by monitoring weight changes of each batch of workpieces. In addition, a high‑definition visual inspection system performs sampling analysis of coating uniformity, ensuring 100% yield and full traceability.
